Three Ratios
One approved cut, three deliverables. RetargetTimeline derives a new sequence per aspect ratio and never writes the source, so the trims and placements a person signed off carry over unchanged — only the frame moves. `cropped` names the clips the 9:16 crop cuts into, which is where a shot may need a board of its own.
