Draft Answers for an FAQ

Questions in, answers out, each short enough to survive being pasted into a help centre without editing.

Input

How often does the coffee arrive? Can I choose my grind? How do I pause my subscription?

How often does the coffee arrive? You choose delivery frequency at signup—weekly, every two weeks, or monthly (options vary). You can change frequency anytime in Account > Subscriptions before the next shipment; exact delivery dates depend on your address and the selected schedule.

Can I choose my grind? Yes—you can select whole-bean or a ground option (espresso, drip, French press, etc.) when you create or edit a shipment; available grind choices vary by product. Change grind in Account > Subscriptions before an order processes.

How do I pause my subscription? Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, select the active plan, and choose Pause or Skip next shipment; you can also cancel or change schedule. Make changes before the next billing/shipping cutoff; contact support if you need help with timing.
