A Campaign Concept from a Brief

A brief becomes a concept with a line, a visual idea and three channel executions. Asking for the executions is what forces the concept to be one that survives contact with a media plan.

Input

Launch Field Coffee's monthly coffee subscription for home brewers. Focus on fresh roast dates, flexible delivery, and better weekday coffee. Tone: direct and warm.

Campaign line
Fresh Roast. Better Weekdays.

One-paragraph visual concept
Warm, honest close-ups that make freshness feel immediate: a hand peels back a bag to reveal a clear roast-date stamp, steam rises from a pour-over into a sunlit mug at a kitchen counter, and a quick calendar graphic shows delivery dates sliding from “weekly” to “monthly” with a simple tap. Palette is warm browns, soft cream, and morning light; camera work is intimate — tactile shots of beans, the date stamp, and the brewer’s hands — and editing is brisk so the viewer feels how easy it is to get consistently fresh coffee on their schedule. The overall tone is direct and friendly: we show the good stuff and how it fits into weekday life.

Channel executions

Out of Home (bus shelter / transit poster)
- Visual: Close-up of a coffee bag being opened; roast-date stamp in clear focus, steam curling from a mug in the background. Morning sunlight slants across the image.
- Headline (large): Fresh Roast. Better Weekdays.
- Subhead (smaller): Monthly subscription for home brewers — roast-date guaranteed, delivery on your schedule.
- CTA & tech: Big QR code bottom-right linking to the subscription sign-up page + short URL (FieldCoffee.com/subscribe). Location: train stations, office district bus shelters, near co-working spaces and specialty grocery entrances.
- Rationale: Audience is commuters and office workers who want an upgrade at home — arresting image + simple promise converts through high-readability and immediate QR action.

Social (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook ads & organic)
- Launch Reel (15–30s vertical): Quick sequence — alarm, stale drip being poured and discarded, cut to Field bag with roast date, pour-over, first sip smile. Overlay text: “Tired of weekday coffee that tastes like yesterday?” Hold on roast-date stamp for a beat. End frame: campaign line + CTA: “Monthly subscription. Flexible delivery. Tap to start.”
- Stories / Ads (interactive): 3-frame story set: 1) Roast-date close-up + “Fresh every batch”; 2) Calendar slider visual with “Weekly / Every 2 Weeks / Monthly” and a tappable poll letting viewers choose frequency; 3) Swipe-up CTA to subscribe. Use UGC testimonials as ad variations: home brewers showing their morning ritual and the roast-date.
- Organic UGC push: #BetterWeekdays challenge — invite home brewers to post their first pour with the roast-date visible; offer a free month prize for best shot. Encourage tagging and share top posts to Field’s feed.
- Copy tone example (hero post): “Not another stale weekday. Get fresh-roasted coffee, sent on your schedule. Start your subscription today. ☕️ FieldCoffee.com/subscribe”
- Targeting: Home-brewing interests, specialty coffee, manual brew gear owners, ages 25–50 in urban/suburban areas.

15-second film (script & shot plan)
- Visual beat 1 (0–2s): Alarm clock, groggy hand reaches for old coffee cup — looks disappointed. SFX: low kettle hum.
- VO (warm, direct): “Weekday coffee shouldn’t taste like yesterday.”
- Visual beat 2 (2–6s): Cut to Field bag being opened; camera holds on clear roast-date stamp. Beans tumble into grinder. SFX: beans, grinder.
- VO: “Field Coffee — fresh-roasted and shipped with the roast date on every bag.”
- Visual beat 3 (6–11s): Pour-over, steam, bright morning light; a calendar graphic flips between delivery options (Weekly / Every 2 Weeks / Monthly) and stops on a chosen date.
- VO: “Monthly subscription, flexible delivery that fits your morning.”
- Visual beat 4 (11–15s): Smiling brewer takes a sip, nods approvingly. End card: Field logo + line “Fresh Roast. Better Weekdays.” On-screen CTA: FieldCoffee.com/subscribe (and a small “Start with your first fresh bag”).
- Music & mix: Warm, simple piano loop; natural sound of pour and steam; VO friendly and direct.
- Rationale: Quick emotional arc — from disappointment to a simple, tangible solution that fits daily life.

If you want, I can provide alternate campaign-line options, a set of taglines for A/B testing, or a 30-second film version with product details and pricing callouts.
